I had a very disappointing experience with Georgia Farm Bureau Insurance. I was called and told that I had to accept ACV coverage or have my policy canceled, based on the claim that my roof met their criteria. The problem is, I had documentation clearly showing my roof is not 15 years old. I provided that along with getting a roofing inspection and paying to address the minor maintenance concerns.
