After much patience and back and forth with Bartoo I’m forced to write this review. Beware of doing business with this company. One of their cement truck drivers pulled onto my asphalt driveway by mistake while looking for another home causing damage the owner is unwilling to repair. I asked kindly for them to make it right. Their response was to say they will do nothing and then proceed to block my number. If you want a honorable concrete company that does business the right way look elsewhere. Such a shame. These guys saved the day for me on a commercial project! Two other concrete companies couldn’t deliver mix designs for me to submit to the city. Bartoo came through and gave me the required designs on the same day! This will be my second commercial project with them and they are awesome!
If your drivers can't keep up with the speed limit they need to stay off of 121 during rush hour. One of your drivers drove 48 mph the entire way from Trenton to Melissa and caused a huge traffic jam. 20 mph under the posted speed limit is ridiculous. Two vehicles got sick of being stuck behind this truck and passed them on the shoulder, which could have caused a major accident. If your driver's can't stay up with the speed limit on 121 then they need to take a different route.
