We trailered my broken Kawasaki to this dealership during Laconia Bike week. I realized this is a Yamaha dealership, but I took a chance that these folks could either put a bandaid on my bike or fix it properly. Dale did a quick assessment and determined I needed a new chain. In a business where these technicians are booked solid for weeks and are super busy, Dale agreed to replace the chain.
