Nice people, but the service department is just not good. Borderline incompetent. They had our snowmobile for almost a month and when I finally called to check on it, they told me they did not have the software to work on a skidoo snowmobile. I would have to take it elsewhere. I took it to My local Powersports dealer and they found that there was water in the fuel. Very simple to diagnose. We were not happy.
