My experience with Barton’s Mitsubishi has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a new Pajero Sport Exceed from them in 2021. Unfortunately, the vehicle developed issues from the outset, and despite multiple attempts to have these matters addressed through the proper channels, the problems remain unresolved to this day. Service reception staff are rude and condescending with no care given to customers concerns of their vehicle. Long time customer and multiple attempts to have the issue assessed and fixed. Only after bringing my husband to the member who serviced car to request explanation was one provided. Disgusting service provided and is 2nd time this has happened.
From the outset, Brad demonstrated exceptional product knowledge and attentiveness, guiding us seamlessly to the Mitsubishi Triton that best matched our requirements. The entire purchasing process was efficient and exceeded our expectations. We look forward to returning to Bartons Capalaba Mitsubishi and working with Brad again for future vehicle purchases.
