Seems they trying to be everything to everyone without being across the detail. Offer haircuts, breakfast cereals etc but need to focus more on the actual reason you go there. To get a decent service with knowledgeable people. Communication was not good. Check in person had no idea what a fuel injector flush was or whether they even did that. Booked a test drive online Friday evening for the following afternoon. After introducing myself to the staff, they were obviously not expecting me and were unprepared. I was informed the car that I had specifically booked to test drive had already been sold earlier in the day. No attempt had been made to text or call me. As I was the only person at the dealership besides the staff, the Sales Manager didn't even have the courtesy to come out of his office and apologise for any inconvenience.
