Twice now, I've made appointments for service (this one a timing belt replacement) weeks in advance, only to be told after dropping the car off that they don't have the parts. So was told the car would be finished 3 days late on Friday. That too was not the case and they didn't finish till Monday so I was without a vehicle for 6 days and over the weekend after making a scheduled appointment.
