my car has been there for over 2 weeks, they have no told us anything only because my dad has gone there to check the car. it had a engine light and they ordered parts from melbourne for the sensor and then the didnt work so they they ordered more parts and they said it is done just needs a test drive two days ago. now they said its not going to be done anytime soon. Also quoted us over $4k!
I called asking for an interior drivers door handle for a Nissan Navara. Apparently there were none in the country, had to order from Japan. 3 weeks and $138.47 later, I ended up with just the plastic trimming. The same group previously quoted my partner $600 to replace the handle. Not sure what the issue here is but it's just a waste of time and money to deal with this company.
