Having a normal discussion around the process, technology has been difficult on multiple occassions. Called to find out about the thermostat which would be used to ensure it would fit with my smart home tichnicians integration and was told off in a crude maner not to bother and then went silent. Next morning I get a call asking why I hung up and was told to find someone else. I can't recall ever having such an interaction before..... flabbergasted

Geothermal Services. We recently had problems with our Waterfurnace system where water flow was still going through from well, despite no heat being required.
