Unfortunately i am not able to write a positive review in relation to my dealings with this clinic and a particular female Gyno i saw for at least 2 years at this clinic. This review is no reflection on medical skills but people skills and empathy. am writing to express my concerns regarding the conduct of Dr Saba Javed. I have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder by her, which I believe is incorrect. I have raised serious concerns about her mental state, which I believe is impacting her ability to diagnose patients and practice as a psychiatrist. I have therefore filed a report with APRAH for her mental state to be examined by the chief psychiatrist and for her to be deemed unfit to practice. A court has ordered Prof Julie Quinlivan pay almost $2 million to an ophthalmologist after finding she did not read his written defence before sending him to an investigations committee. She has exhibited an extremely cavalier attitude to justice. I think she should be working under close supervision.
As a new patient at Barton Specialist Centre, I can honestly say without any reservation the courteousness,professionalism and service that the team provides is second to none.Debbie at front reception has helped me from the beginning and is very professional at what she does. I cannot review Debbie and Dr Tam high enough. From my first contact with Debbie, her professionalism and kindness was second to none. Dr Tam was respectful and kind. He stepped me though everything that was going to happen, and I had no reservations leaving. Thank you both so much for the high level of professionalism and kindness.
