Don’t even bother, can’t get past the troll of a receptionist who violated HIPAA by asking non patients about their medications and then judged them for what they were taking. Looked for a different provider as soon as I hung up the phone. If this is how patients are treated before they are even signed up then I dread to think how everyone else is treated!

If it didn’t take 7 months to get this appointment I would have walked out the door right at check in. The horrible hag receptionist killed my mood with her unpleasant “I hate the world and my job” attitude. If I had any other option I would not be back nor would I have stayed. After seeing Dr. Rupp I changed my review from 1 star to 4. If I didn’t have a bad first impression it would be 5. Dr. Rupp was amazing with my son and I felt a huge relief walking out. Thank you Dr. Rupp
I guess because they are booking out a couple months they don't think to return phone calls.
