Veronica is a typical stuck up, self centered, thinks she knows it all nurse. She lacks patient care knowledge and human morals. She hangs up on patients. Lies about who the practice manager is and conceals things from both patients and providers. She will not let you speak directly to the provider (even if its via requesting they call back) and will hang up on you if you request to be transferred to someone with a brain. You will not recieve good care here if you have to deal with her.
I love Dr Jewell. She takes time to listen to her patient’s concerns with out rushing through appointments. She’s a certified menopause practitioner so if you need help through peri menopause or menopause she’s a valuable resource.
Absolutely impossible to get ahold of. I’ve been calling for over a week now, leaving a voicemail every other day. No one returns my calls. Don’t waste your time with this office. They’re obviously too overwhelmed to take care of their current patients.
Let me start this by saying Dr. Jewel is amazing and one of my favorite doctors, ever. She helped me get a hysterectomy last year and it was a long battle but we got it done! I was 28 when my surgery happened, she just made sure I was fully informed about it and made sure multiple times that i was sure. She's so kind, very responsive, listens, and very informative. Her team is just as amazing! I can not recommend Dr. Jewel and this office enough.
