Iv been coming here for over 6 years. The staph here are so rude and inconsiderate. Cultrally, they cant help but encourage conflict, emnity and bad vibes. This place needs a face lift. Not sure why they are so curt and off-putting, but I'm completely annoyed and feel disrespected constantly at this establishment.
Thanks to Sonita and Sam for being kind, professional, helpfull and pleasant every time I call in to the office. I wish when i called other places I would have this type of experience. Thanks john 🙏
We showed up for a travel consultation with our baby, but the doctor was sick and the appointment was canceled. Unfortunately, no one contacted us ahead of time because they hadn’t taken our contact info when booking. Staff were polite, but the lack of communication was frustrating—especially with a baby in tow. Hopefully they improve their booking process.
Very pleasant atmosphere , super friendly staff at the front desk & Dr. Sofian Al-Samak gives you best service you could ask for. Strongly recommend this doctor//
