Extremely disappointed with the service. I broke my finger on the 1st, and the hospital told me I needed to see my family doctor within two days. I went to the clinic today because I had been told my appointment was on Tuesday the 7th at 10:40 a.m. When I arrived, they told me my appointment was actually on the 14th at 10:00 a.m. This kind of scheduling mistake is unacceptable, especially when a patient is dealing with an injury. Doctors office called two week ago with appointment preset by them. Today I showed up at appointment time. 45 minutes went by still waiting for visit with doctor. My appointment was for 1 pm, I showed up on time. 45 minutes I waiting. I feel this is total disrespectful, my time is valuable. I walked out. I'm I wrong.
