Not actually a walk-in clinic. Called at 9:30ish am. Not the first time this has happened. Have never actually been seen at this clinic. One Dr. fully booked, not accepting walk-in patients. False Advertising.
Dr Al Annee is a good doctor. The front desk staff is another story. They lose my insurance forms. Left me a message about an appointment but did not give me the date or time. I phoned back and was told there was no appointment. They put my info into another patients file. Yikes
Extremely disappointed with the service. I broke my finger on the 1st, and the hospital told me I needed to see my family doctor within two days. I went to the clinic today because I had been told my appointment was on Tuesday the 7th at 10:40 a.m. When I arrived, they told me my appointment was actually on the 14th at 10:00 a.m. This kind of scheduling mistake is unacceptable, especially when a patient is dealing with an injury.
