Their people that are on site at William & Mary at Kaplan arena are very unprofessional and throw conniption fits when you don't jump up and down to cater to their needs they have a safety guy walking around with a pink safety vest who is the worst unprofessional unethical person I've ever met in my life I about had some major words with him today he needs to learn how to talk to somebody in a proper tone instead of barking and screaming at them
