Reception was undermanned.
This was my first visit to Tallowwood Health. I felt heard and understood by the Dr Visu I saw today, which made a big difference. It confirmed for me that changing clinics was the right decision. Thank you for the respectful and attentive care.
Always get great service
The staff were kind and accommodating and my 4 year old who is a little nervous about needles left smiling and chatting positively about her doctor and nurse. A wonder family centred team. Thank you.
