Liars. These people ripped us off! The WORST company I’ve ever worked with. I bought my Keystone High Country Cougar through them at the end of the year. They charged me to winterize all the waterlines. When I took it out the following spring, every faucet was broken from ice! Their Service people were very rude. They blamed the factory, even though Barton Lake charged me to winterize it! They refused to pay for any repairs. I had to pay out of pocket to replace EVERY faucet on my RV.
These guys are super knowledgeable on all things RV! Thank you all for an amazing purchase!!
The folks at Barton Lake RV treated us like family when we recently bought our first travel trailer there. They were friendly, helpful, and patient, as they walked us through the process. We paid a fair price for exactly what we wanted. But more importantly, there was nothing they wouldn't do to make sure we had everything we needed before before we drove away. Would highly recommend to anyone interested!
