Karen the receptionist is great… it is good to have someone answer the phone who does not have an attitude, especially when it comes to personal matters like purchasing car insurance and asking important questions.
Karen is very helpful, she does things in a timely manner and I also like the phone being answered by a person not a machine.
I spoke with Taylor Leopold on April 4th 2023 cancelled the insurance policy as stated in the email she sent me. "Insurance policy cancelled no payments due" just to receive an email May 10th, 2023 stating that my insurance payment of $445.62 is now overdue and needs to be paid by 5/15/2023: before reported to collections?! Taylor Leopold you NEED to contact me ASAP! 😤😤
