I want to start by saying the 2 stars are for the management company, not for the building, concierge staff, or the maintenance staff (Antonio Mendoza and James Hussey). They have been absolutely amazing over the 2+ years I have lived in the building. The maintenance and concierge are from pre-Akelius acquisition, and they really care about the residents (maintenance is super fast, concierge is the friendliest I've ever had, the units are good and quiet, hallways are cleaned and maintained). As a visitor only this is a very secure place and for it being over 40 years old a well kept lobby area. Parking for visitors can be tricky (sometimes unavailable) but street parking is available nearby.
Had a wonderful experience when I needed to get my bathroom sink fixed with Antonio Mendoza and James Hussey! They’re always so friendly and efficient and fantastic every time I need something to be fixed in my apartment.
