Had a wonderful experience when I needed to get my bathroom sink fixed with Antonio Mendoza and James Hussey! They’re always so friendly and efficient and fantastic every time I need something to be fixed in my apartment.
Didn’t want to use my real name as I’m still living at this apartment complex, but I’ve had a very positive experience at the Barton House. I am on my second lease renewal. I don’t think you’ll find another apartment complex that is as clean, affordable, and well-kept at the Barton House. Do NOT live here or at any Akelius property. We were living here over 5 months when we reported we smelt mold in the apartment. They took forever to schedule someone to come in and the contractor found a leaky pipe in our ceiling where someone placed a drip pan underneath to catch water. It had to be there prior to when we moved it. We were exposed to black mold for 5 months due to their negligence. We have been in temporary housing for over 3 weeks and they keep making us move to different buildings. We've moved FOUR TIMES.... read more
Super pissing off. 5 times the AI agent badgered me about confirming my appointment and when we went there the concierge said he didn’t have anyone to tour us. Also no where in the zillion emails it’s mentioned that the bot emailing us is actually a bot !!!
