On July 19, 2021 I telephoned this facility as I had an 18 1/2 year old Yorkshire Terrier that needed to be euthanized. I use Pocono Lake Animal Hospital however they were closed and something was wrong with their phone and I was unable to leave a message. They always refer to this facility after hours. Was camping in the area and our lab started acting like something was caught in his throat. We were unsuccessful at figuring it out and called the closest vet. They couldn’t see us but referred us here. Long story short they diagnosed him with irritation in his throat from swimming. Treated him, gave us meds to take along and in several hours he was good. Dr. Burch and his staff were friendly and good to deal with. They get 5 stars. The 4 star rating comes from the cost. The visit was very expensive!

I brought my dog in 2 days ago I told them that the impact sounded like a car hit her I was rolling back in her head her back was arched why would you not check my dog for head trauma and internal bleeding they took x-rays to tell me her back wasn't broken and sent her home with pain meds when she could barely walk! Never ever will I come here again thank you Corporate America for making bullshit animal hospitals!
