Absolutely AWFUL!! Called on a Sunday morning for an emergency visit, which they had at 1:30pm. Got into the exam room at 1:30pm and proceeded to wait over an hour for the vet to come in. During that hour, for 20 minutes, I could hear the vet and the techs laughing and joking around just outside the room. When the vet finally did come in, all the information he repeated to me was incorrect - that my dog was eating and drinking normally, which part of why I was there is that she wasn't. Went to a brand new Vet that opened in Bartonsville Biant parking lot. So many things I did not like..thr front desk, contour offered when it was open house.. No surgeon on premises UNLIKE Barton Heights... The doctors at Barton Heights really care about your fur baby... You get what you pay for...I WILL STICK with the best.
