Usually when you tell a doctor that anesthesia doesn't work on you and that you need a specific kind of anesthesia, they listen and use the kind that works.Not this guy. I had an appointment for a consultation and told him that regular Novacaine or Lidocaine will not work and that I will need Articane.The day of the procedure I reminded him and he said 'oh...well...uh...we have something that will work'Newsflash: it didn't work.This guy is unprofessional and needs some retraining. Very disappointed in him and staff. On 8/28 I saw him and was told he would put in a referral for me to my primary that day. On 9/18 I called and staff told me nothing has been done yet but they would check with the doctor and have something submitted bu Friday. My primary was advised and his staff too is getting the run around. This is unacceptable treatment and lacks patient care. I hate being lied to and deceived.

Dr Wachs is an excellent caring Doctor, something you don't find very often these days. He takes his time to explain your condition and his plan for your care. He's so intelligent and is so easy to talk to that we actually got all of our questions and concerns answered. He has always been very thorough and makes sure all tests necessary are done promptly. With Dr Wachs we know without a doubt we have one of the best doctors. We highly recommend him if you want excellent care.

My visit with Dr. Wachs was excellent. He is very attentive and forms relationships with his patients. His staff is also very friendly. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and was never rushed, or in a hurry to go to the next patient. He made me feel comfortable and at ease, and gave me great recommendations. I would highly recommend that you see him and I think you will feel exactly the same as I do. Thanks Doctor!

Dr.Wachs is a great doctor. He was very informative and was able to answer all of my questions. I am a happy patient and will forever be grateful for this great doctor.
