Worst experience ever. Doctor is not confident dealing with larger and aggressive dogs. He was really rude.
Terrible and ignorant customer service. I phoned to inquire for my new pup for an appointment and inquiry of the needling, de worm and spay services. The phone was answered "hello" I then tried and asked about needling and de worm. Not a chance to make an appointment nor ask of spay as the guy completely cut me off by saying: " I have no time to explain to you. Just come and they can tell you. Click. Hang up in my ear" Well, I have no time to even worry about leaving my new fur family with you. YIKES!!!
I've been going to this animal hospital for a long time. Melanie is amazing to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and so helpful! Dr. Virdi is a great veterinarian. My animals love them both! 🐶🐶😻😸🐈⬛️🐈 Kimberly, the receptionist was awesome! She's wonderful at what she does. Louie and Gracie girl loved you! 🐶🐶🐾🐾🐾🐾
