Terrible company to be a captain for, over worked and under paid. lots of drama and false rumors made up about people. higher ups "judging" captains based on talk through the grapevine. if you don't do exactly what they want they will fire you, like forcing you to go to a specific location in Florida for the winter that doesn't work for your life. Captains are disposable to them. Also its a complete waste of money and the rich members are always rude and then have high expectations.

Always an amazing and professional experience for me and my family. We always feel at home whenever we’re onboard Barton & Gray’s yachts. All of the captains are incredibly professional and friendly. We love seeing the same faces in the northeast and in Florida!
