Terrible, amateur service department! And worse dealership for not having what it takes to return a call to an angry (yes, after the experience we had, angry and frustrated customer). We have purchased a vehicle here and had another serviced over the years, which is why we decided to take that same vehicle back to them when new issues came up. While my experience buying a car was pleasant, this review is more for the service department. Allow me to take you on a quick journey into my service experience thus far, because this is ongoing as I type this. I noticed my car was smoking on startup, so I took it to a local trusted mechanic. He called the same day, and told me the turbo was bad and needed replacing, and also was getting a code for crankcase ventilation.
