From the very beginning, we had problems. The builder installed the wrong tiles on the main floor, which caused our closing date to be pushed back three times. We also addressed multiple plumbing issues, including nails being pierced into the plumbing, a leaking upstairs shower, and tiles lifting in the upstairs bathrooms. The worst issue came after living in the house for just 3 years and 2 months, when the plumbing warranty expired. Our sewer backed up, and we discovered that the main pipes were not up to code.
