One of the worst communities I have ever experienced. The neighborhood is very poorly maintained, with fallen trees, old stumps, and excessive overgrowth throughout common areas. Garbage is frequently left behind by the food trucks that regularly park in the community, creating an unsightly environment. Despite paying extremely high HOA dues, the only recent amenity is a very small, shallow pool that provides little value to residents.
