The community is nice, quiet. The builders are liars. We have been promised a splash pad, now a pool in almost two years still nothing. This neighborhood has been open a while now and still nothing to justify paying HOA fees. The story is the city of Conroe are giving them a hard time with permits. That’s odd because the Manerva neighborhood just up the street has only been up and running for the same almost two years and has a huge pool and multiple parks. Do not buy from Jeremiah. Do not accept the house till all final walk through discrepancies have been resolved. Siding nails coming out, back corner foundation broken off, and huge void under driveway. On mother's day 23 our roof leaked. None of these have been addressed. Also they have used unlicensed electrical contractors. Probably the reason my thankless waterheater caused a fire in my garage.
