What a wonderful experience. I was on the hunt for a black cosmos Mont Blanc. After talking to Ryan, I discovered they had one coming in this week. I was out of town and Ryan was nice enough to set the pen back for me. My experience picking up the pen was amazing. Great location and amazing customer service!
