Great service! Very lovely company and they made the whole process very easy. Love my new car!
Brought a corsa from them, pleasant people however has was completely ripped off paid more for the car then what it was worth. It didn’t come with a V5 nor a log book. Has scratches and dents in it but was told they would get this sorted. Got given the car on no fuel.

Baught an audi q7 from them and the aftersales were horrendous. After a few weeks the car devolved a few issues, so I contacted the car dealership to let them know as I needed to take it to a local garage to get checked, they instructed it was still under the warranty. After I told them what the problems were,they instructed me to send them the quotes and they would get on to the warranty company they told me I should hear back within 2/3 days. Bought Nissan Qashqai 7 months ago, pre sales very good and so was handover and ensuring car had 1 year MOT -(although still had one advisory and no advisories advertised). Can't remember if Full Service History advertised but at least expected a service history book. This was missing and have chased regularly and promised in the post the last 7 months for the Full service sheet/invoice the garage was suppose to have carried out as advertised.
