Over last 6 months we purchased a lot of products from the store. Bill was my salesman. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Fixed my problem when I ordered wrong product. Always returned calls. Ordered many samples of tiles. Always found answers to my technical questions. Good advice and very important, not pushy. Pickup from shipping was easy. It was pleasure buying from them
