Very disappointed in Barton & Miller Cleaners and Tailors! I turned in 19 shirts for dry cleaning a week ago and when I went to pick them up they said they only had 18. They said that they must have "miscounted" and that there were never 19 even though my receipt shows 19. I advised them that I counted the 19 along with their employee. Will not use them again. It is the supposed official JetBlue altering tailoring for the uniforms. Took 6 pants that required patches and fixing besides the dry cleaning. Specifically told them which areas and they marked it. Picked them up, paid for the service and when I get home pants were still broken and not fixed. Only cleaned. Never again.
