I was quoted an estimate for the job and given a date and time for arrival. About 20 minutes before his eta, he sends a text saying he’s tied up and can’t make it. I figure no big deal, at least he called. So we set a new date for a couple days later. No call, No show, NO ANSWER. When he finally did answer a couple hours later, he said he had a toothache. I’m sorry, but he still could have called. Personally, I think he just made it up. Very unprofessional.
