I called Bartley Heating and Air in Manchester, Kentucky and made an appointment for him to come on Monday June 1st and give me a price on a new HVAC system. Bart, owner of Bartleys, came as scheduled, he said he would be back on the next day, Tuesday June 2nd around noon with his price. Bart did not come as scheduled nor did he call or text.
