This is an updated review.....not at all happy with this place, or how they conduct business. Paid thousands for an aid that worked well at first. When the battery on it died, (in about a year) we replaced it with the exact same model...an additional $600 dollars. The replacement never worked the same as the first one. It was adjusted once but then we were told to just "get used to it." She dealt with it until it started messing up also... just to be told that it was going to cost an additional $600 to fix!
