After being at this clinic for more than 30 years I feel very let down today. I booked a telephone consult for 3pm today and when I hadn’t received a call by 4pm, I called the practice to see if it was still going to happen. I was told that the doctor had tried to call me three times: once just before 2pm, and then twice just after 2pm. Our family has been going to Grange Medical for 5 years and they have always been attentive and responsive. Staff are friendly and the GP's we have worked with have been very helpful.

I have been looking for a new gp for a while now and I thought I’d try here. What a terrible waste of time. Doctor was not professional and while I was in the waiting room to be seen, an older gentleman was waiting to pickup a script and the desk ladies had lost it! They mentioned it arrived and had been ticked off but they had misplaced it. I looked at the back wall behind the desk ladies and it was just stacks of paperwork everywhere.

These guys are a joke! I’ve been going here for over 30 years, they have all my medical history and refused to give me a pre employment medical because I haven’t visited them over the last few years because I’ve been perfectly healthy and haven’t had a need… news flash geniuses, if you eat right and exercise regularly you very rarely have to see a doctor.
