Never again everytime i go see Dr Lam he does nothing, can i have a flu shot? his response go get it at the chemist! Why does the practice have signs up encouraging you to have a flu shot when the doctor wont do it? Wax build up in ear can you remove it? Answer No go get it cleaned at an ear place! Very happy to take your money but not happy to work for it, definetly do not recommend Dr lam!

Vile discriminatory conduct. Do not attend if you are in any way alternative, also the receptionist has zero communication skills or the ability to keep her bad day off a phone call. Would give subzero score if option was available
A great friendly and accommodating clinic. When every other clinic was full or not taking new patients the Bartley Medical Centre were wonderful. Provided me with an appointment, and on arrival staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and wait time was minimal. Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommend and I will be back. Thanks to the team at Bartley Medical.
