I was asked to contact the hospice doctor or hospice organization to get the doctor to sign my mother's death certificate. This was not my job and ended up being extremely upsetting to me nine days after the death of my mother. My husband talked to the owner about it and he did call and apologize, but it was definitely a horrible day for me and should not have happened.
Thad Bartley and his staff were so professional, compassionate , and provided so much comfort to our family these past few weeks as we laid our loved one to rest. Paxton and Becky are amazing to work with. I just can’t thank them enough for all they have done. This funeral home is the best in Plainview Texas. Please consider using them for your family needs.
