We purchased a seat Ibiza, this process was easy and a good experience. I highlighted some faults with the car on the test drive and was assured these would be addressed. We collected the car and I has suspicions that the faults hadn’t been addressed, I took the car to the service centre who told me that’s just how they are, I still wasn’t convinced. I went here to buy my new car, it was the first car I had bought myself. Stuart was very helpful, didn’t make me feel stupid and the car I chose was in fantastic condition when I picked it up. Amazing customer service. Would 100% recommend to anyone.
Excellent service every time! Had a small issue with my Leon recently and Callum couldn’t have been more helpful. The service here is always excellent from the whole team and can not fault them one bit. Car was booked in quickly and fixed with no hassle or stress. Big thanks to Callum for sorting this out!
