Extremely thorough and professional. Receptionist always is very accommodating and helpful. Hearing specialist has 37 years of experience and is a definite expert. Testing was extensive and comprehensive and he explained all findings and recommendations fully. I trust the staff at Bartlett's and can't wait to receive my new hearing aids from them!

Excellent service. Very informative. Took very good care of my mother and answered all of our questions. Locations in several places make it convenient for us to stay with them when we moved. I would recommend Bartlett's to anyone. My mom was very frustrated and they climbed her down and gave her professional personal service.
