HONEST REVIEW. The shop did a decent job on my ATV. Improvements I would recommend would be staying a little more in contact with the customer. My ATV took almost 4 MONTHS to be completed. Top end rebuild on my 2021 CF Moto 500s. Now I understand parts can take some time to come in but with them having ONLY one mechanic and so many other jobs to do I would say if they hired another 2-3 mechanics it would be able to put out more of the inventory. So grateful to have let them work on my dirt bike for me and fix it up and get it running for me. They were fast and so reasonably priced! Mr. John and the ladies kept me updated throughout the process. Definitely will choose them for all motorcycle/ atv future needs!!

Motorcycle had electrical problems. Wouldn't start, no power. Instead of fighting it and diagnosing, brought it to Bartlett's Cycle & ATV. The shop determined it was the ignition switch, BUT WANTED TO CHARGE ME $325 FOR THE IGNITION SWITCH ALONE! ( see attached invoice ) After diagnosis, repair & part they wanted close to $760 for an ignition switch replacement and to change brake pads I provided.
