I found there electrical knowledge very limited and I had to take my vehicle elsewhere to get the problem solved. I was still charged a a couple hundred dollars to tell me this.
Rang to get my car booked in for a specific issue. Response was "nah we don't really want to do that, spend to much time and don't make any money out of it". I assume that's what charging for labour is for, but anyway, they're off my list.
Fantastic work from the guy's at Bartletts. My Suzuki was on its death bed and they knew exactly what to do to bring it back to life. Couldn't be happier with their work.
Fantastic service, never over-charges. Down to earth operator who knows cars back to front. Highly recommend.
Tony is an incredible human being and mechanic! He will diagnose the problem, explain it so you understand and will NEVER overcharge or mislead you. I live in Modbury and will drive my car all the way to Mitcham to have it looked after by Tony. Gypsy is also the resident shop cat who is so lovely and drools when you pat him for long enough! Thank you Tony for everything you’ve done you’re the best!!
