Cam and his coworker did a great job making sure my blazer didn't receive any additional damage while removing my neighbor's mulberry tree branch. He was professional and communicated very well with me and my wife. I understand how taking with customers can be annoying and he was very patient, cool, calm, and collected. Also when I was watching him cut smaller branches down to take weight off of the main branch he strategically stacked the branches into piles to make hauling them to the chipper later easier. Very rude from the Bartlett tree service. Would not recommend them at all. 😡

Bartlett trimmed a number of trees at our home in Holland, MI last week. They brought in a pickup truck pulled portable lift to reach high branches. The crew of two did an outstanding job and I look forward to using them again.

Waited three weeks for an appointment to have an arborist evaluate my 80 year old trees. Sat and waited 30 minutes on a rural farm site I had driven to for this meeting. No call. No text. No show. Choose anyone but Bartlett.
