I was surprised to learn that Bartlett Tree Experts sent a crew onto my private property without my knowledge or permission to inspect trees at my neighbor’s request. No one from Bartlett contacted me beforehand or asked for consent to access my land. I then received a proposal from them for tree trimming/removal work based on that unauthorized inspection.
