I contacted Bernard through Bartlett in Ashland. They scheduled a time to come look at the job a week later. They said they would have estimate a week later. I waited for their estimate. I followed up when they said it would be ready. No one would respond. After days of jerking me around, I am told they can’t do the job. The team here is extremely unprofessional and do not know how to run a business. Save yourself some time and contact another landscaper/arborist.

We have had Bartlett Tree work on our property at least three times over the past few years for pruning, maintenance and tree removal. Daniel is very knowledgeable and worked with us to achieve our goals and helped educate us about the different aspects of their services and how they would approach our needs.
