Difficult to arrange meeting . Once they did show up , the arborist was knowledgeable . Now almost 3 months after he was here and I am still waiting for a proposal !!!! Have called several times and no legitimate reason for the delay ! I have historic property with ancient trees which I would like to save .Not sure what is going on with Bartlett . I would stay away !!! Especially the north side Richmond , Virginia office . Very disappointed with them since they did such good work for me in 2010 . BEWARE !!!

Very happy with work done on removing a very tall oak tree. Crew really knew what they were doing. I was a nervous wreck but they did an outstanding job from removal to clean up.
I would like to acknowledge the team that did tree removal and tree pruning for me on Feb 23, 2024. Noah, John, and Perry-Lee worked diligently on the project during pouring rain. They were very professional and knowledgeable and cleaned up nicely. I really appreciate the great job they did. I will certainly use Bartlett Tree Experts again.
The cohesion among the tree cutting team was amazing to watch. I commented to Bartlett that if an NFL team demonstrated that level of cooperation, they would win the super bowl. Outstanding work in cutting down a dead tall pine and the clean up was amazing. If I need another tree cut down I will call Bartlett and charge my neighbors to watch a great team effort.
