Aaron, the arborist we work with at Bartlett Tree Experts, is always very knowledgeable and pleasant. He also replies in a timely fashion to emails. The crew he sent out most recently (Jackson and Axel) to trim our cedar hedge and two rhodos, and thin out our massive pine tree at the front of our house took the time to do a really careful and thorough job of all of it. We are very pleased with their work!
I was completely satisfied with the work as requested, from start to finish. The office intake receptionist was professional and connected me with estimator Stephen in a clear and timely manner. Stephen arrived on site to conduct the inspection as scheduled. He provided an informative, comprehensive on site inspection and detailed competitive estimate. Overall i was not satisfied with the service. There was insufficient clarity on the work to be performed, and the final outcome was not what i was expecting. There's is a premium service and i question the value for money received.
Excellent service from the Bartlett team from Aaron, the arborist to the work crew who came to do the pruning and shrub removal. Everyone was prompt and on time and the work was completed professionally and the work areas left neat and tidy. Highly recommend their services and will use them again for future requirements.
