Everything was good, Their arborist was very helpful and friendly in meeting with us to discuss what we needed, and provided an understandable estimate, and in a timely manner. He then scheduled the work as he promised to do, in a time suitable for us and your crew. The onsite crew arrived as expected and checked with us when they first arrived, introduced themselves by name, and looked over the job with us before they started. Aaron, the arborist we work with at Bartlett Tree Experts, is always very knowledgeable and pleasant. He also replies in a timely fashion to emails. The crew he sent out most recently (Jackson and Axel) to trim our cedar hedge and two rhodos, and thin out our massive pine tree at the front of our house took the time to do a really careful and thorough job of all of it. We are very pleased with their work!
