Overall i was not satisfied with the service. There was insufficient clarity on the work to be performed, and the final outcome was not what i was expecting. There's is a premium service and i question the value for money received.
Excellent service from the Bartlett team from Aaron, the arborist to the work crew who came to do the pruning and shrub removal. Everyone was prompt and on time and the work was completed professionally and the work areas left neat and tidy. Highly recommend their services and will use them again for future requirements.
Pleasantly surprised by how professional, friendly, and polite all members of the team were. Did a great job, cleanup included. Would highly recommend.
