The crew was fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised by their care, professionalism and tidiness. Our trees are very important and we have nurtured them for many years. Seeing them severely damaged was terrible and we needed a team that respected our landscaping and took time and care to assess and address each tree appropriately to prepare them for the growing season. We had a tree fall on our house during a recent snow storm. Bartlett provided very timely and professional service to remove the tree from the house without causing damage. Their crew was extremely professional and friendly. They noticed and took care of other trees that could have caused a problem. They left the job site extremely clean.
Bravo Bartlett! Two days after the storm, Bartlett was here with a crane and crew to remove a tree which had fallen across the driveway and landed on the roof! They not only completed the work, but cleared the site and checked to see if there were any other issues!
Everyone on the crew was knowable, friendly and great team work. Cleaned up after trimming my tree.
