Summary: Semi-competent pruning, incompetent lab and arborist. Phone apps worked I originally gave 4 stars to the pruning but am dropping it to three stars as it gradually became apparent that they had badly damaged the limbs at the top of a magnolia such that the upper 8 to 10 feet died. We've had a couple other tree services to take down trees and Barlett is the one we will call back if we need any further help. They wore safety equipment, worked efficiently and quickly. I was so impressed watching them fell our front tree and the clean up was great as well. Thanks guys!!!
Summary: Don't waste your money on the arborist. AI based programs for your phone do a much better job. The two stars is a cross between 4 stars for the pruning (not 5 because they missed some bushes) and 1 star for actual arborist care. Repeat customers over several years-with tricky trees on fences. Bartlett crews show up, work carefully, clean up thoroughly, and do it with the least amount of fuss. Extremely professional and dependable, a pleasure to have them take care of our trees!
Superb service from start to finish and all points in between. Wonderful arborist and work crew.
