Sarah and her crew have be taking care of my two story hedges for years and they are beautiful and thick. When I found major damage they were able to identify the issue (city service trucks parked against the hedges in the heat of summer). They assisted with a cutback and were able to reassure me that it wasn't a care issue. Thanks guys, see you in 2026!
I am so pleased with the advice, recommendations and work that Bartlett Tree Services has done at my house. My new tree is lovely and I am really grateful for some of the recommendations for other trees on my property which I will work on over the next few years. They are very knowledgeable!
I have a collection of Japanese maples and dwarf conifers since 2019. I have gardened for the last 50 yrs but started to realize that I was out my depth with these newer plantings. Luckily I found Bartlett tree experts. I now have a knowledgeable and supportive team to assist with ongoing care and my learning needs. I can highly recommend this expert service team. Too bad there is no lower score. These folks are horrible. Bartlett purchase a local tree company. Mike - the Bartlett arborist - assured me they would honor all existing contracts. NOT! I keep getting bills for PRE-PAID Services. They don't care. It's all about the $$$$$.
Bartlett Tree has exceptionally knowledgeable personnel. Michael Emrich guides the care of our mini arboretum and not only shares his evaluation of the health of our trees but answers my questions with interest and patience. Other tree companies emphasize “we’ll get rid of those trees for you” while Bartlett nurtures and cares for our trees, cutting only when necessary.
