I Utilized two services: Three men for a day of tree trimming. They were courteous, explained what they accomplished afterwards, cleaned up the area completely. I was very pleased. Sean, their arborist was excellent. He walked my property, made multiple suggestions, including things I could take care of myself if so desired. Answers questions and returns inquiries promptly. Highly recommend.
Neil did an excellent job. He was courteous, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was completed safely and the cleanup was thorough. I’m very pleased with the service and would gladly recommend them.
Bartlett came by for Parma to plant trees in tree lawns with a grant money. They planted a tree in front of my house, but upon inspection I noticed that the trunk of the tree was quite damaged. I called them and they made an appointment with me for their arborist Chadwick to come out and look at it. He never showed the day of so I called them again. Sean and his crew have been wonderful to work with. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and we already feel our trees look much better than before. They came out and gave us a quote 1st and their pricing has not varied from the quote. I feel that they give extra TLC to our trees and it shows! Thanks Barlett - we are super happy!
Very pleased with the quick response from the Bartlett team, thorough walkthrough of my yard, and education provided regarding tree health. The quote was lower than anticipated and the crew did a great job cleaning up before leaving. Will continue to use for care of the beautiful birch tree in my yard.
