The Bartlett crew was very professional. They communicated all aspects of there scope of work prior to starting the job. They cleaned up the work site and once completed they reviewed the job again to make sure we were satisfied.

From the beginning I was impressed. Arborist Eric Smart was patient, kind, smart & “hands on”. Eric volunteered to do a talk on Ohio native trees & to plant a white oak on behalf of Twinsburg’s Garden Club. The hands on tree demonstration & planting @ Twinsburg’s Public Library, was eye opening. I learned more in 2 hrs re: Ohio’s native trees & proper planting techniques than I understood about trees since childhood. Eric gave of his time freely & on a weekend. Very professional. They told us exactly what was going to be done when they came to do the job, how long and how to get their attention if we needed to. Went exactly according to plan and the person in charge also showed us the work once they were done and did recommend other treatments for our large trees to ensure their longevity.
