I called on late June to schedule an appointment as I was concerned that I had Gypsy moth caterpillars. I was told that I couldn't get an appointment until late August. As my appointment time approached, I thought they might call to confirm that I still was in need of their services. No phone call, & Greg was a NO SHOW. I CALLED to ask why nobody showed up.
