Communication with office and field tech was excellent. Crew member was friendly and efficient.
We're extremely happy with the service that Bartlett has provided in caring for our oak and sycamores! The oak is a 300+ year-old giant in our backyard, and a few years ago we were worried that we might have to take it down before long. We called and made an appointment and the rep was at our home right on time as scheduled. The workers arrived a day later as scheduled and well before the scheduled time.
