Most tree trimming services are tree removal services. This is not the case with Bartlett. They are true tree trimmers and arborists so if you’re looking to prune your tree, this is the way to go. They are professional, courteous, neat, and I’ve had them working on my Japanese maple many times the respect your property and your wishes. They’re not the cheapest company out there, but they will leave your tree looking like it had a haircut instead of being massacred.
Communication with office and field tech was excellent. Crew member was friendly and efficient.
We're extremely happy with the service that Bartlett has provided in caring for our oak and sycamores! We called and made an appointment and the rep was at our home right on time as scheduled. The workers arrived a day later as scheduled and well before the scheduled time.
