The Sales person (aka arborist) from Bartlett was very excite to send me a bill, offer upgrades and add-ons, but zero interest in the health of the tree, or doing anything to cure it from what ever was harming it. Result was a sick tree that died and fell after they "treated" it with something, that no one saw them doing. If they failed to do what they were paid to do, the moral thing would be to say "we couldn't do what we said we can do and you don't have to pay" but this review is because that did not happen. The crews that completed the work of bracing / pruning my Elm tree were excellent. My issue with the company is their administrative process. My original quotation included an ongoing service package of several hundred dollars per quarter that was never specifically discussed with me. I have now received multiple invoices for these services months after the original work was completed. Julio and Paul from Bartlett Tree Experts did a fabulous job doing a hard trim on 5 Dappled Willows on my property. They arrived on time, shaped the willows beautifully, consulted with me to ensure I was satisfied and cleaned up perfectly! I would highly recommend them!
I use Bartlett regularly for my trees, both trimming and maintenance. They always do a very good job. The arborist, Tina, does a great job making recommendations as to what needs to be done each year. Julio and Paul did a very good job doing the trimming, adjusting to the conditions onsite after her planning visit.
Lead Julio was very helpful with an overview of the job, and summation of the work. He went over and above with the cleanup. Mike P. , Paul and Glenn all worked with precision and did an amazing job. Thanks to Tina for the ongoing attention, and paperwork details. Very meticulous!
