I have used Bartlett for nearly 20 years. They are professional, knowledgeable and always and promptly respond to requests or questions. Work is outstanding..
Peter Hanlon was very capable anx engaging. He correctly diagnosed problem with my cherry tree abd scheduled a deep root feeding which worked miraculously.
They scheduled the work to accommodate my schedule. It was great talking to the on site representative multiple times.

Our condo association used them once and they were great. We hired them a second time and they were terrible. They finally showed up months later and didn't complete the work. Then came back and cut down a tree, rather than a branch on a different tree. They said they would come back and finally said they would arrive on a Friday. We made special arrangements to be there to make sure no errors would occur and they never showed up. They charge a lot of money, so I would expect they would do better.
