George is always friendly and knowledgeable and ready to go the extra mile for us!
We have used Bartlett and its predecessor, S.P. McClenahan, for many years. We were somewhat concerned when Bartlett acquired them, but the same friendly, professional service has not missed a beat. They do a trim of our trees every year, sending out the liaison for our account. They also do semi-annual feeding and fertilizer for our prized camphor tree and a few others. They have not only provided regular, dependable care, trimming and treatment of our trees, but have also responded immediately and efficiently when storms have brought down trees and branches. Their arborists, staff and teams are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, full of advice, information and suggestions about the best care of our trees.
